Config File Defaults

Hi Mark,

This seems to be the most up to date version of newrelic-exporter, works well. On set up though I ran into issues due to poor documentation on what is required of the config variables.

At first glance I assumed API key & api.service where the only ones required to be defined. This throws a vague http error.

I believe a big increase in usability could come from being explicit on which variables are required to be specified in the config file and what reverts to what default in the code. Also could be clearer errors around this?

Thanks for the feedback @invokermain I had forgotten about this project for a while but am going to try and do a new release soon.
