Version 0.3.0 Remember selected playlist and send request locally with share target

- Add the app as a share target for spotify to add song to db
- Remember users selected playlist
- When a song gets added to the DB (maybe with delay?) post a notification that lets the user approve or reject the song
- For approve reject to work, need to maintain the authtoken after app death so we can keep the user logged in

Shelving this in favor of being able to search for songs in the app to keep users engaged on the app
