Buffers opened from sidebar sometimes inherit its window settings

Such as nonumber etc.

We shouldn't be changing window settings for any other window.

Also running :PackerSync while cursor is in sidebar results in strange behavior -- the packer window takes over the sidebar and the sidebar is moved to the floating window that packer usually renders in.
