If the sidebar is closed with `:q`, then you have to run `:OpSidebar` twice to re-open it

Basically, :OpSidebar
should first check if the sidebar buffer is the current buffer of any windows. If it is not, treat it as though the sidebar is closed, otherwise treat it as though the sidebar is open.
