Not sure if this should fall under #252 or not. Today's build that was posted as a Zip file returns an error when attempting to open.
For giggles I tried the Zip file on Windows 10 as well.
I already had a bad feeling with the MacOS file, but thought it is a problem just on my smartphone.
The zip file should contain a dmg file.
Can you please test the other automatic builds? I do not have any Mac to test if the file works or not.
I just tried to look into the MacOS files from build 30fec0b. These files do work.
But the one for the 2.17 release not?
With "todays build" you mean the release?
I just re-uploaded the MacOS file. Maybe you can test again? At the moment I'm on the ocean and only have my smartphone for investigating.

Yes, today's release I have downloaded and the ZIP file now works. I did try the Autobuild that was linked in #252 but it returned an error as well.
GitHub deletes the automatic builds after 90 days.
