Does not support .Net 4.0

I truly appreciate the effort made on this.

Can you make a support for .Net 4.0, cause when i tried adding to my existing project of my client, which was built on .Net 4.0, i found out it doesn't support it.

Unfortunately, .NET Standard only supports .NET 4.5 and above (See: version chart).

You could change the library framework to .NET 4.0 and build it yourself, I believe it would build successfully without major changes.
