Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
Having a Git repo is fine, but it would be nicer to be able to publish this to a webpage as it's nicer to read.
Describe the behaviour you'd like
Create a simple webpage that displays all the incidents in a nice style. This will then be published to GitHub Pages.
