Players shot with both normal and spectral arrows will cause both arrow types to stick in the same place

Note the flights in this seemingly singular arrow which appears after getting shot by both a normal arrow and a spectral arrow in quick enough succession, indicating that both arrows are in the same position at the same time.

I'm not sure if it'd be possible to implement a different random seed for where each arrow type ends up, so they could only ever coincide like this under sheer luck instead of every time.
