When making the addin package with mdtool following files are missing:

EmptyWebProject.hosting.ini
EmptyWebProject.hosting.ini.xft.xml
EmptyKestrelWebProject.hosting.ini
EmptyKestrelWebProject.hosting.ini.xft.xml
