Hi,
It seems currently this add-in provides Nuget 2.8.1 and this creates a problem with installing some packages that require Nuget >=2.12.

Xamarin Studio 6.0.2 supports NuGet 2.12. This is currently available from the beta channel.
Xamarin Studio 6.1 on the alpha channel supports NuGet 3.4.3.
