fmWorkMate: MBS Demo ended is not caught

There is no code in fmWorkMate to check if MBS Demo mode has ended.

This can cause unexpected results, if fmWorkMate has been open for a long period and MBS Plugin has not been licensed., for example, reporting that a module is not present when It actually is.

fmWorkMate functions should report the problem and halt, if they require MBS to work.
