Any idea?

I used these here:

define('FHP_BANK_URL', 'https://fints.deutsche-bank.de');
define('FHP_BANK_PORT', 443);
define('FHP_BANK_CODE', '72070001');

probably the wrong username, you have to combine the 3-digit branch number, your 7-digit account number and a 2-digit sub-account number:

define('FHP_ONLINE_BANKING_USERNAME', 123123456700 ');

please also check, that you have activated HBCI+ for your account:
