Error message upon startup

Suddenly, I am getting an error, just when I am about to start the tool
To Reproduce
I simply start the tool
Expected behavior
Usually, the tool starts and I can see the calednar on my desktop
Windows Version
- Windows 10 Business 22H2
Additional context and log file
Add any other context about the problem here
Also upload the most recent log file located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Outlook on the Desktop\logs
