Hook Script: actions.preSetup

There should be a "pre-setup" script that gets run prior to SoftAP configuration.

This could allow users to safely and elegantly kill any processes that might be corrupted by tinkering with the network interfaces while they are still running. Should be defined in the .actions setting.
