No Errorcode for wrong IP:Port

Hey,
I troubleshooted and error where I got a "Traceback" error from python.
I put the wrong IP into the config.yml because I was brain afk, but the logs weren't giving me an error where I could see that no Cachet instance was found behind this IP:Port combination.
Would be ultra need to build an error for this case for the logs.
