Yes, you can run mTCP+DPDK in Docker instance using SR-IOV VFs.
- Running DPDK apps with SR-IOV VFs: https://doc.dpdk.org/guides/nics/intel_vf.html
- You'll need to map the hugepage properly when starting the docker instance (
-voption).
