Cannot edit / import files when using FTPD on Windows 10.

When utilizing FTPD on Windows 10 through the native File Explorer, it is export-only access

  1. Go to whichever ip address you have
  2. Attempt to open or import anything
  3. Either the option isn't there, or the 'Open with...' menu only displays web browsers.
    *I can make folders, just nothing in those folders.

I expect to be able to edit/import files.
