How to preprocess the input data

First, thank you very much for the assistance your work has provided me. However, I encountered an issue while attempting to migrate your model to my own data. The sample data you provided is preprocessed, whereas my data are images. After reading your paper, I realized that the preprocessing steps are quite intricate, and unfortunately, I couldn't find the preprocessing code. Could you please provide a standard preprocessing code starting from the raw images? Thanks again for your help.
Hello, thank you for being interested in our work. I also agree that the preprocessing steps are quite complicated :( . Unfortunately, I am unable to update the preprocessing code in the next few days due to personal issue. I will try to upload the codes to GitHub next week. Sorry for the inconvenience.
