Lunchmaster not having to join and pay

I guess we can improve usability if we assume lunchmasters always order food for themselves, and are the ones to pay for everyone. As such, lunchmasters shouldn't have to join and pay and will be transferred to the right state by default.
Possibly make a switch for it? See how much would it complicate code.
