I don't know exactly what kind of domain is footprint.net, but it looks suspicious and it appeared second time in different sublist. Removed again (first was #58).
uBlock list is corrected right now, hosts file will be recompiled in several days.

Oh, Level3? That's explains a lot. That's a big CDN structure with many domains, and sometimes there were some strange domains and subdomains with ad scripts and banners.
