Update docs for 1.0

This module seems to be awesome, But, without docs, it does not matter however awesome it is!

There are some docs: https://github.com/mtymek/MtMail/tree/master/doc. Let me know what's still unclear or needs more explanation, and I will update this files :)

I mean that docs are missing for template manager!
