Display/Hide Comment

Do you think it is better to add a button to show or hide disqus comment? That makes cleaner.

I think this is more of a personal preference, I personally don't find that helpful, probably because I just don't use disqus that much at all.. so likely I won't add that into the theme, but feel free to just do it for yourself :) That's the whole point of Jekyll! 👍
