Add "Thinking... Please Wait." animation to coin dispense process

Currently the display doesn't change when a note was read in. There should me multiple messages like "10 EUR Note recognised", "writing log", "dispensing 20 coins" etc.

Das gab es alles schon Mal und sollte vermutlich auch noch im Code sein...
Ich habe aber den Überblick verloren, wie wo was ist, seitdem das s verpaketiert hat... ich glaube, da sollte er lieber dran rumschrauben...
