LC – still to be addressed:

the name of the 3rd tab just says Tumour not Traffic Lights -Tumour. Can this please be fixed so that those users who prefer the traffic light displays can easily identify the tab as such

A space is need in the text at the top of the page after “Please scroll down” and before “Note:…” in individual Patient Dashboard Tab = Symptoms 1 and Tab =Symptoms 2.

I added 2 f/up PROMs (8/4/22 and 1/4/23) to Fred Brown on staging as he had no baseline to see what occurred. The individual patient dashboards showed me the 2 f/up PROMs entries I had just completed but these then came through into the individual patient dashboards as 'baseline' and '1st follow up'. Fred has no baseline so this should show baseline as missing and F/up 1 and F/up 2. A note is provided on the functional and pain etc dashboards ("Note: Patient is missing a Baseline Form") but baseline is still shown on the graph and table. When there is no baseline it should either be showing as missing or not be shown. The scores are in the correct date order (2nd f/up PROMs is more severe than 1st f/up) but neither should be marked as baseline.
