OV Research Downloads fields modification HSS UAT

Just looked at OV UAT. All looks ok except:
Key issues are that the new CDE’s are in place but they aren’t showing on the Research Download as originally requested.
Please add a new CDE to Treatment Details Form/Adjuvant therapy section. It should follow current CDE of CHEMOTXTYPE1_Ov (Type of chemotherapy). The new CDE is CHEMOTXTYPE2_Ov:range (Chemotherapy method of administration) [[1 = Intravenous], [2 = Intravenous and intraperitoneal]]. This new CDE needs to be included on Research Download
Please add a new CDE to Treatment form/Complications_2 section (Complete date, where applicable). It should be placed to follow current CDE of COMPLSYSINFDATE_Ov (Date of infection). The new CDE is a date field COMPLSYSVOMDATE_Ov: Date (Date of vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, or other GI toxicity). This new CDE needs to be included on Research Download
If the form hasn't been saved since the intro of the new fields , the data record will not contain field keys for the new fields so won't appear in the RD as rows. This is the general behaviour of the RD not something specific to OV. The reports are identical to staging on HSS UAT.
