Microphone/Camera permission icon isn't positioned correctly

Describe the bug
When an unfocused tab is using your computer microphone/camera, the tab icon will continuously switch between the regular website icon and a "permission icon" (that has the shape of a red microphone/camera) in order to alert the user. That icon isn't positioned like the regular website icon.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any website that uses the microphone/camera (like this one)
2. Give to the website the permission to use it
3. Focus on any other tab
4. See issue
