This build set https://github.com/mocaccinoOS/community-repository/actions/runs/1766146717 should not have rebuilt apps-dvd+rw-tools-7.1-r4. Neither next build, https://github.com/mocaccinoOS/community-repository/actions/runs/1766230586. And so on.

To Reproduce

Commit a change to the community repository collection.

Expected behavior

The packages must be built once per version change.

@mudler diagnosis of the cause is the presence of the "+" character in the package name.
