deploy in heroku

As user I want to be able to connect with people in all Internet, not just local.

Right now the only service I know if heroku.

Acceptance criteria

  • The application is accessible in heroku from all Internet.

  • It uses a specific branch of github.

  • NICE: the URL is in the asqueados.net domain
