As an site owner, I want to see the page in the language I choose (for now English or Spanish)
Acceptance criteria

The label service in enchanced to allow different languages.

The language can be selected through an environment variable.

All the elements in the page are either variable (like the room name or messages), configurable (as the site name) or translatable (like the "send" or "change" labels).
