I need to change default time which is been set by datepicker.

I am using date picker in my project

after selecting the date I am getting value as below

Wed Jul 07 2021 17:18:00 GMT+0530 (India Standard Time)

where in the time in the string is the current time.. I want to change it into some static time no matter at what time I select the date time should be constant i.e 12:00:00.
