[DatePicker] Touch working rarely on mobiles

Problem description
The touch on datepicker to show date picker dialog is working sometimes and sometimes not!
What could be the problem?

- Material-UI: ^0.15.2
- React: 15.2.1
- Browser: all

I saw the other issues on this and I can confirm this is still a problem for me on 16.3 material ui. you have to hold it down.
