Not able to Delete \Downloads\keyviz-v1.0.6 folder

Describe the bug
I have downloaded the Installer from https://mularahul.github.io/keyviz/#about-section
Extracted the .zip application
And every time I try to open the .exe file or delete it I get this windows message:
"Error Ox800700E1: Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software."
Version: keyviz-v1.0.6
To Reproduce

Expected behavior
I expected the application to run, or at least to be able to delete the folder/file.

Additional context
None
Company security software issue that prevented the app to be installed or deleted.
After update folder/app was successfully deleted.
