at line [#L180](https://github.com/multichill/toollabs/blob/master/bot/Europeana/Europeana_uploader.py#L180} and #181 dce and dct are both merged to dc. This should be done with caution. e.g. dct:identifier is a refinement of dce:identifier

An identifier according to the dct NS can be incorrect according to the dce NS

Thanks for pointing that out. This is an ancient bot from 2011 which is probably very broken by now. I have currently no intention on ever running it again.
