The server is still visible even if this is disabled in the config.

A server may have already been running on this port as a test weeks ago, but for some reason the server list doesn’t really refresh, and even though ASE is disabled, it still shows it.

This probably isn't caused by the blue project since this part of the logic has been working fine and hasn't changed in a while. Most likely, the master list isn't applying the requested changes.
