Offline filter button

Describe the bug

Hey,
I noticed that the Offline button doesn’t show up when browsing Internet or Local servers.
It works fine in Favourites and Recent though.

The Offline button should be visible in the Internet (and Local) server lists so players can hide inactive servers.
This helps remove servers that are closed or no longer exist from the list.
It makes finding real, playable servers much easier because the list won’t be full of inactive or suspended servers.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the Server Browser.
  2. Go to Internet or Local.
  3. Notice that the Offline Button is missing.
  4. Switch to Favourites or Recent – the Button shows up.

Version

Multi Theft Auto v1.6-release-23324
