occasional scientific notation for charge_rate

Hi,
Occasionally, it seems to log scientific values for charge_rate:
charge_rate;-9126750.0;2021-04-29 12:49:15
charge_rate;2.09352E7;2021-04-29 12:49:14
charge_rate;2.31795E7;2021-04-29 12:49:13
charge_rate;2.4911E7;2021-04-29 12:49:12
charge_rate;2.5282826E7;2021-04-29 12:49:11
charge_rate;-9121375.0;2021-04-29 12:49:10
Not sure why this happens and it may lead to frustration when people try to interpret or parse the data.
