Newflasher says signature mismatch everytime I try to flash Global Rom of Xperia XZ2 SO-03k (which is Japanese nttdocomo version) please can you update xperifirm?

Bootloader says, not newflasher. You must flash excatly the same model fw as your phone model otherwise you getting signature mismatch because of wrong signature. Bootloader simply can't accept wrong fw model!
