Probably broke some time earlier, but 🤷. Transcoder pods get created, but the client throws an error, then dies b/c PMS doesn't populate the session directory (as the shim errored out).

Anyone waiting on this merge can just point kubePlex.image to docker.io/cerebus2/kube-plex-shim:0.0.0 and helm update.
