We need proper readiness and healthchecks for this.
It looks like identity endpoint (ref https://github.com/plexinc/pms-docker/blob/master/root/healthcheck.sh) would be the proper thing to do.
I'm planning to submit a PR for this, please let me know if you know of an alternative or better approach.
