Elements that are no longer available in MEI4 are still in the guidelines, e.g. workDesc

This is probably an unintended artifact of copying dev to v4 instead of re-generating.

This is now fixed. Given the large amount of changes and the fact that they were only deletes, I chose to commit directly rather than through a PR.
