Vim errors on startup if Dash isn't installed

Just FYI, it took me a little bit to track this down, but I was getting an error when starting Vim if Dash wasn't installed first. I'd send a pull-request to update the readme but I wasn't sure if you'd consider Dash an actual requirement or not.

Hmm, this must be being caused by https://github.com/rizzatti/dash.vim. Their readme indicates it should be fine to start Vim without Dash. What's the error?

Actually, I decided to remove is since I don't use it.
