Kernel held-awake / wakelocks

Hi,
One of the issues that I noticed with Eva kernel is that it seems to generate quite a bit of wakelock. In GSAM Battery Monitor, I can see that the kernel has the highest Held Awake times. Usually it's after using my camera that I'll see this wakelock. This has been an issue since v3 and also in the latest v4 kernel. I'm using A11 GSI custom rom atm. Other than that, the v4 kernel has made a lot of improvements and is more useable now.
Can you tell me which wakelocks are being held and for how long?
I'll investigate accordingly.
Some wakelocks are essential for the functionality of the device. But I'm sure we can find a workaround for them.
I'll need to wait till the next time it happens and take some screenshots. Usually the phone is fine without kernel wakelocks, but occassionally I'll see like 30 mins ~ 2 hours of kernel wakelocks and this is on both Eva v3 and v4. My phone isn't really doing anything during those kernel wakelocks, you can see that it's actually in Doze deep sleep and usually there isn't really a battery drain (sometimes there is). I'm noticing that it's usually camera related. Back on v3 where it had issues with the front facing camera, I would notice that kernel wakelock goes up whenever I'm using the camera. On v4, the camera issue is fixed and I have Face Unlock working again, which uses the front facing camera obviously and so maybe there's still a bit of wakelock related to using the front facing camera perhaps.
Anyway, I'll share some screenshots when I see the issue again next time.
