The Threads API is now available: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/threads/
Allows making posts, looks like it will require making an app and getting an API key, similar to X and Telegram.

I don't think any of the regular contributors have Threads accounts for testing etc, so someone will need to submit a PR for this if they are wanting this implemented.
