Remove Vaadin 8 support

The Vaadin 8 Gradle plugin at https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/com.devsoap.plugin.vaadin is not maintained anymore and is effectively dead. Also, Vaadin 8 end-of-life is approaching: according to https://vaadin.com/vaadin-8 it's February 2022.
Therefore, we're proposing to remove Vaadin 8 support in the new Karibu-DSL 1.1+, while maintaining Vaadin 8 support in the older Karibu-DSL 1.0.x branch.
