Wait...is this a bot that will automatically scrape the crossword times people post in a slack channel and save them to a leaderboard of some kind?

Amazing!! What are the chances someone might be willing to add some example setup instructions for the moderately-tech savvy?
So far I've cloned the repository but am having a little trouble setting up the environment (make venv is erroring out).
Anyway, I know this isn't exactly a fully open sourced project and you are probably busy with grad school duties, but if you have some time to recommend a way to start out in trying to set this up I would really appreciate it!
Especially helpful would be learning how you were able to connect your slack workspace, and specifically access the data within a specific channel (ie #nyt-daily-mini) would be amazing.
