[BUG] Images are displayed as broken when src is empty

Pre-conditions:

User is logged in.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the Rooms page.
2. Click on a Room #.
3. Click Edit.
4. Observe the Image input. If it is empty, leave it like that. If not empty, remove the value from the input.
5. Click Update.
6. Go to the Front page and scroll down to the Rooms section.

Expected result:

There is a placeholder image in steps 5 and 6.

Actual result:

There is a broken image icon with the image alt text.
