Modifying the tags list in a podcast doesn't re-sync previously synced entries.

To reproduce:
- Create a podcast with Vimeo Pro and a certain collection of tag criteria.
- Edit any of these tags, only newly synced videos will honor these tags. Previous entries will remain even if they don't meet the criteria.
