Need a very simple page instructing the user how to submit to iTunes along with the URL of the podcast feed. Should also run a quick check to ensure that:

  1. The podcast is valid according to W3
  2. All media enclosures contain valid URLs (particularly relevant to Vimeo)

And finally, if all tests pass, direct the user to https://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZFinance.woa/wa/publishPodcast
