Consider introducing support for Rooms 2.0

Thinking about rooms in the context of connectivity. If we have a connection manager, room support (as a client) and EBT support then we'll be a very well-equipped node.
@black-puppydog, maybe you have some thoughts about this? Do you see rooms support as a priority in your intended use-case(s) for solar?

Yes I think a lot of people nowadays onboard via rooms and indeed that's "The Way" to do things.
In fact, if anything I'd also think a modified version of solar could be used to host a super low-spec room server eventually.
