In my way: how can we communicate better?

In the past six months, i'm try to read some book which can tech people to communicate better. We are of course familiar with those books. you can see it in everywhere. if you want, you can read free one of thousands of popular books each month. and which one is good one?
Based on the experience of predecessors, I chose several books.(of course in native language)

• 《Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stak》 关键对话
• 《Logic in Writing, thinking and Problem Solving》金字塔原理
• 《Getting More: How You Can Negotiate To Succeed In》沃顿商学院：最受欢迎的谈判课
• 《 Looking Out Looking IN》沟通的艺术
• 《势胜学》
• 《素书》

I am not sure those book was better one, but i am still learning a lot of skills from it. And i'd like to tell you: it can change your mind and way of doing things. Here are the key points.

As people: (That's what we call "德才学")

• Virtue
• Talent
• Knowledge

When Communicate:

• Create a good atmosphere for conversation (营造安全的谈话氛围）
• Consider from the other side's point of view (站在对方的角度考虑)
• Try to Describe and do not judge (尝试描述事实，不要批判)
• To analyze the merits and demerits comprehensively （分析优劣全面，综合各方的形势）
• Looking at Long-term Benefits （自己占优势的情况下不得寸进尺，咄咄逼人）
• Unity of knowing and doing (知行合一)

Importantly, we should take advantage of all the civilization fruit created by human beings. combine from west and east. Therefore, In the last two recommendations, that's book was write by the ancients. And in the five thousand years of Chinese history and culture from top to bottom in miniature. Some people learn the way of life and win of the world, being Prime Minister. Thus it can be seen, what power it is. I am not good translator, so i can't translate it to english, but I wish some day this book can benefit others.
